For pet sitters and dog walkers
Pet sitting,
without the guesswork.
Every home's routine, meds, and vet in one place. Check things off as you go, and the family sees it live.

The pets are the easy part.
It's everything around them: the intake form they never finished, the routine scattered across group chats, the gate code nobody mentioned.
From invite to done, in four steps.
- 01
The family sets it up once
Pets, routine, meds, and the vet contact, saved in Collie before you arrive. Nothing for you to write down.
- 02
You open it in the app
One invite, you tap in, and the whole routine is waiting. Nothing to re-read, nothing to ask twice.
- 03
See exactly what to do
Today's tasks, feeding and meds, notes, and vet info, all in one place. No guessing, no texting to ask.
- 04
Check off as you go
Each task lands in the family's view live, with your name and the time. Post one update before you leave.
Family not on Collie yet? Invite them from the app. They get a quick setup link, and once they accept, you're in.

Everything you need, before the first visit.
Open the home in Collie and it is all there: the pets, the routine, the meds, the vet, today's tasks. The household fills it in once, so you are never guessing or texting to ask.

Each walk, meal, and dose you log shows up in the household's view right away, with your name and the time. No double-feeding, no 'did you?' texts.

Wrap up with one update.
Before you leave, post one update: a note, a few photos, how each pet was, and your visit times. The family gets it instantly, so nobody has to chase you.
Show up looking like you've done this a hundred times.
Never guess what to do
Which pet, which meal, which pill, and the vet if you need it. No scrolling a text thread mid-visit.
Prove you did it, automatically
Everything you check off lands in the family's view with your name and the time.
Every home you sit, in one app
Each family shows up in your Collie. Switch between them in a tap.

Nothing deleted
Every completion and note stays with the household, for good.
Sitter questions, answered.
Everything you might wonder before your first sit. Still curious? Get in touch.
How do I get in?
The family invites you by email. You open it in the Collie app, and the pets, routine, meds, their notes, and the vet contact are already there. Nothing to write down, nothing to re-read.
What if the family doesn't use Collie yet?
You can bring them on yourself. Send an invite from Collie and they get a link to add their pets, routine, and vet contact. It takes about a minute. Once they finish, the home appears under 'Homes I'm sitting' and you're ready for the first visit.
How do I invite a pet owner to Collie?
From your Sitting hub, tap 'Invite an owner' and enter their email. They get an email to set up their pets, or, if they already use Collie, to accept in one tap. As soon as they accept, you have access for the dates you both agreed on.
What will I see?
Only what the family shares: the pets you're covering, today's tasks for them, feeding and medication details, their notes, and the vet contact. You won't see their household members or settings.
How long do I have access?
Exactly the window the family sets, with a clear start and end date. Access closes on its own when the sit is over, so you always know your dates. They can end it early if plans change.
Does the family see what I did?
Yes, in real time. The moment you mark a task done, it shows up for the family with your name and the time. They can see it's handled without texting to ask.
Can I sit for more than one home?
Yes. Every home you're invited to shows up in your Collie under 'Homes I'm sitting,' and you switch between them in a tap. Each one stays separate, with its own pets, tasks, and notes.
Does Collie cost anything for sitters?
No. Collie is free for sitters, with no limit on the visits you log or the homes you cover. You open the app, see each home's plan, and check off your work.
How do pet sitters keep track of each client's pet care instructions?
Most piece it together from texts, an intake form, and a group chat, which is easy to lose mid-visit. With Collie, each family sets up their pets, feeding, meds, vet, and home notes once, and you open it in the app for every visit. Nothing to re-ask.
What app do pet sitters use to manage visits and client info?
Look for one that keeps each home's routine, meds, and vet in one place, gives you a per-visit checklist, and shows the family what you did. Collie does all three: open a home, check off each task, and your visit logs in real time with your name on it. It's free for sitters.
