The Records tab in Collie: for each pet, the latest vaccine, flea and worm treatment, weight and vet visit, with the next due dates

“When is the next one due?”

Flea doses, boosters and refills are easy to lose track of between vet visits. Give a record its next due date and Collie puts a reminder on Today for everyone at home, on that day.

  • Any gap works: monthly, every 12 weeks, once a year
  • The reminder stays linked to its record
  • Link a prescription to its medication task, so Remind until done covers every dose

A record for your vet, not a reading of it

Collie keeps the dates, names and photos you add and shows them back in order. It never reads lab results, scores a weight or tells you whether your pet is fine, and the weight line has no targets or ranges. It isn't an official vaccination certificate either: your vet's card is still the proof for travel, boarding or daycare.

Pet records questions

Can I keep my dog's vaccination records in Collie?

Yes. Add each vaccine with its name, the date given and, if there is one, the next due date. It lives in your dog's Records tab, and the whole household sees it.

How do I get reminded when a vaccine or flea dose is due?

Add the next due date and switch on Remind us when it's due. Collie adds a reminder for that pet at 9 AM on that day, and everyone at home gets it.

Does it work for treatments that aren't monthly?

Yes. The reminder follows the date you set, so a 12-week flea treatment, a 3-month dewormer and a yearly booster all work the same way.

Who can see my pet's records?

Everyone in the household the pet belongs to. Sitters don't see records: they get the briefing you share with them.

Can I track my pet's weight?

Yes. Log a weigh-in in kilograms or pounds and see every reading on a simple line, with who logged each one. Changing the weight on the pet's profile adds a reading too.

Can I add photos of the vet's paperwork?

Yes. Any record can carry photos, like a lab report, a prescription label or a vaccination card.

Does Collie read or interpret lab results?

No. Collie keeps the record and never reads results, flags values or tells you whether a number is good or bad. That belongs to your vet.

Are pet records free?

Yes. Records are part of Collie, which is free with every feature included. No subscription.
